I am Raechel, a dedicated physiotherapist with a two-decade career devoted to fostering a deeper connection between individuals and their bodies.

I have a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, surgical recovery, and helping anyone and everyone reconnect with doing what they love.

I find immense joy in guiding others through their wellness journeys.
