Welcome to Reconnected Physiotherapy.

I am Raechel, with over 20 years of experience as a dedicated physiotherapist devoted to fostering a deeper connection between individuals and their bodies.

I have a special interests in pregnancy and postpartum care, surgical recovery, general orthopedic/musculoskeletal issues and helping anyone and everyone reconnect with doing what they love.

I find immense joy in guiding others through their wellness journeys.
