What conditions do you treat?

We provide therapy for a variety of conditions, including:

  • Joint and muscle pain

  • Post-surgery rehabilitation (e.g., hip/knee replacements)

  • Arthritis management

  • Pre- and postnatal aches, pains, and core strengthening

  • Pelvic health concerns including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain

  • Neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s)

  • Fall prevention and balance training

How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I expect during my first session?

  • Assessment: We’ll discuss your medical history, conduct a physical examination, and assess your home environment (if relevant to your needs).

  • Goal Setting: We’ll work with you to determine realistic and meaningful goals.

  • Treatment Plan: A tailored plan will be created that may include exercises, hands-on therapy, education on mobility aids, and more.

Will you bring all the necessary equipment?

Yes. I will bring portable treatment tools such as resistance bands, light weights, and any specialized equipment needed for your specific therapy plan. I may also suggest items around your home that can be repurposed to support your exercises.

Do you accept insurance or extended health benefits?

Direct billing is available for Pacific Blue Cross Members. Otherwise, I will provide an e-mailed PDF copy of your receipt you can use to submit to your extended benefits insurer or for your tax references.

How long is each appointment, and how often will I need treatment?

  • Session Length: Each appointment typically lasts 50–60 minutes

  • Frequency: The frequency of sessions depends on your condition and recovery goals. We’ll work together to establish a schedule that ensures consistent progress while fitting into your routine.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that life happens. If you need to change your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What are your rates?

All services are $175 for 50-60 minute one-on-one sessions.
